Within just three months, Ms. Manning completed both her mammogram and cervical screening, crucial steps in maintaining her overall health and early detection of potential issues.

In addition to her screenings, Ms. Manning has maintained her A1C levels below 7 for an entire year, a remarkable achievement for anyone managing diabetes. This was accomplished through adherence to her recommended diet and consistent compliance with her prescribed medication regimen. 

Her success in managing her diabetes not only improves her quality of life but also reduces the risk of complications associated with the condition.

Haley Jones, FNP-BC, who has been Ms. Manning’s primary care provider, expresses her pride in Ms. Manning’s accomplishments.
