HARTSVILLE, S.C. — CareSouth Carolina brought the community together on Saturday, April 12, for its annual Spring Fling at the Hartsville office, located at 1268 South Fourth Street. The family-friendly event took place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and offered a vibrant mix of springtime fun and health-focused services.
Families enjoyed a morning filled with free games, food, inflatables, and health screenings. The event served as both a celebration of the season and a reflection of CareSouth Carolina’s dedication to providing accessible, quality healthcare to the Hartsville community and surrounding areas.
“The Spring Fling is a great opportunity for us to connect with families in a fun way while also reinforcing the importance of staying on top of your health,” said Joe Bittle, Chief of Community Health at CareSouth Carolina. “We’re proud to be a resource for Hartsville and the surrounding areas.”
