CareSouth Carolina to Host Community Health Fair in Hartsville on March 22

Hartsville, SC – CareSouth Carolina is excited to announce its upcoming Community Health Fair, set to take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Butler Heritage Gymnasium, located at 1103 S. 6th Street, Hartsville, SC.

This free event connects the community with valuable health resources, screenings, and family support services in a fun and welcoming environment. Attendees will have access to:

  • Health Screenings to promote wellness and early detection
  • Food and Refreshments for the whole family
  • Health Resources providing essential education and assistance
  • Family Support Services to help strengthen community well-being
  • Giveaways and exciting opportunities to receive helpful items

 

Exclusive Giveaway: The first 150 attendees will receive FREE crockpots and gun locks—a special effort to support both nutritional health and firearm safety within the community.
